PRG Survey Report 2012

Your Practice Needs You!

The purpose of the Patient Participation is to ensure that patients are involved in decisions about the range and quality of services provided and, over time, commissioned by their practice. This includes patients being involved in decisions that lead to changes to the services their practice provides or commissions, either directly or in its capacity as gatekeeper to other services. Patient Participation aims to promote the proactive engagement of patients through the use of effective Patient Reference Groups (PRGs) and to seek views from practice patients through the use of a local practice survey.

We encourage and welcome feedback on the services we offer, as this is one of the ways in which we can improve, and shape the services that you want both now and in the future.  We have recently added an additional way to do this on-line to fit in with the modern world!  If you would like to join this Patient Reference Group (PRG) please contact Mrs Shabnam Khan (Practice Manager).

The full PRG report is available to download by clicking here. However, below is a summary of the survey results conducted in Late November/ Early December 2011.
